Information your request must include
Full name and company
If applicable, include the name of the company or business.
Email associated with your account
If one exists, this is the most important detail to identify you.
WhatsApp number
If applicable, along with business identifiers (WABA) if you know them.
What data you want deleted
For example: conversation history, account data, associated logs.
Specific conversations
If you want specific conversations deleted, include the contact and date range.
Response time and process
You receive an email confirming your request arrived.
